Deliveries

All products are shipped directly from Malaysia. The cost and delivery time of your order are estimated upon checkout. Please expect slight delays for orders shipped during peak seasons (Christmas, etc). All orders in Malaysia will be delivered via Aramex Courier Services.

Payment

Yukazan official online store only accepts payment via ipay88.

If you are having trouble during checkout please do the following before contacting us:

Return and Exchanges

Should the customer receive any items that did not order, or that prove to be faulty, please contact us at thankyou@yukazan.com within 5 days (Malaysia) and 14 days (International) from the date of item received.

Due to hygiene reason, goods sold are strictly not exchangeable or returnable
